Dr. M. J. Arul brings a wealth of experience from some of India’s premier management institutions, including IIM Ahmedabad, IRMA, SPJIMR and Presidency College.
Dr. Arul is the only LHEP (Licensed Human Element Practitioner) in India who has been mentored from Will Schutz Associates, California by the Father of the FIRO Theory Dr. Will Schutz himself.
